After recent complaints in the PHP-GTK mailing list, auroraeosrose mentioned mgdm has set up a SVN repository for the docs, to ease working on them.

Maybe he broke his site, or just no longer wants the repository to be public.
IIRC you can often find him on the #php-gtk IRC channel.

I just noticed that one year later, in 2012/11, mgdm blogged about his documentation rewrite efforts:

I think it is a great step
I think it is a great step ahead taken by introducing a new SVN repository for PHP-GTK. There have been a lot of complaints about the issues in this platform. I think this newly introduced repository will ease the working process.
